We are pleased to share that we have secured a room block at the Andaz Maui in Wailea for the wedding weekend. There are a limited number of King Rooms with Resort View for the following dates: Check-in May 22 · Check-out May 25.

Please visit our personalized booking site to reserve your room at a discounted group rate. Availability is first come first serve, so we encourage you to make your reservations early to take advantage of the discounted rate.

Guests are welcome to extend their stay and the discounted group rate is available for up to 3 days before and 3 days after the wedding dates, based on availability.

Booking Deadline: Our group rates are available until April 6th. After this date, any unreserved rooms will revert to standard pricing. Please call us to check exceptions.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by March 23, 2026 for a refund

Deposit Policy: A 2-night deposit will be due upon booking, and a credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation.

*To anticipate any confusion please note that the resort fees will initially be factored into the "total average nightly rate" making it appear that the nightly room rate is higher than $499. The Resort Fees for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will also appear in your Price Summary when you make your online reservation; however, they will ultimately be removed from your final bill at check out.

Andaz Resort pick up, North of valet at 4:15 pm HI

Mākena Members pick up at Kīlohāna at 4:30 pm HI

Return shuttles provided

If you are staying off property, we kindly ask that you join the shuttle pick-up at the Andaz, as our venue does not allow non-member parking or access. Valet parking at the Andaz is available for $15 (short-term) and can be paid at the front desk. Please note that self-parking is not available. We recommend allowing ample time for arrival.

Semi-formal attire. Long dresses and tailored suits encouraged. Footwear suitable for grass.
